The HVR route incorporates fields, ash paths and woodlands within the valley between Woolhope and Fownhope. The course has its hills and flats and endless scenery. A few Hereford Couriers completed a recce run of the route today and reported how much they enjoyed the challenging route!

First Aid: full medical cover in place
Medals for every finisher
Male & Female prizes for 1st/2nd/3rd & age category prizes in 5 year bands. There will also be team prize for first 4 male & first 3 female finishers.
All profits from this race will be donated to the ABF The Soldiers Charity.
