What do I have to do?
Simply enter as many of the qualifying races as you like and enjoy your run. We will work out your points from the position you finish in your age category.
Which races do I need to Enter?
- The 5k Series – Your best result out of the 3 races – April 15th, June 13th & July 10th Enter HERE
- Leominster 5k or 10km at Easter – April 3rd
- Jon Ward 5k – 16th August – Enter HERE
- Crocodile 8 (Wye Valley) – 24th May Enter HERE
- Summer Sizzler 10km 5th July – Enter HERE
- Ross on Wye 5km or 10km 6th September – Enter HERE
- Christmas 10k – 28th December – Enter HERE
- Summer XC – your best result of the season
- Winter XC in 2026 – your best race result before 31st December
How are the points calculated?
We take your position in your age cat and award points as follows.
1st – 10 points
2nd = 9 points……
9th = 2 points
10th = 1 point
You qualify in the Age Category that you are in at Race 1
Your race position will be taken in your current Age Category on each race day.
Minimum number of races to qualify for an award = 4
What if I do not want to be included in the championship?
You will be given the option to opt out and we will not include you in any posts
