NOTICE OF HEREFORD COURIERS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2026
The Club have announced the 2026 Hereford Couriers Running Club Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday, 19th March 2026 at Hereford Rugby Club at 19:00hrs.
TIMELINE FOR THE AGM.
- Thursday 29th January 2026 – Notice of the Club’s AGM sent out to all of its members.
- On Thursday 29th January 2026 applications open for committee positions and will close on 8th March 2026, please see the below details.
- Thursday 26th February 2026 – Agenda of the Club’s AGM to be circulated to its members. (21 days ahead of the meeting)
- Thursday 19th March 2026 – Hereford Couriers Club AGM.
- Between 20th March 2026 and 1st April 2026, the handover of positions on the committee will commence. Depending on the training required, this may pass the 1st April 2026.
- April 2026 (Date TBC) for the first meeting of the newly elected committee members.
APPLICATIONS FOR COMMITTEE POSITIONS.
Thursday 29th January 2026, applications open for committee positions and will close on 6th March 2026. All retiring officials are eligible for re-election.

RULE CHANGES
Proposition(s) for rule alteration(s) or addition(s) , and any proposed alteration(s) and or
addition(s) be given in writing or via email to the Secretary herefordcouriersrunningclub@hotmail.com at least 4 weeks before the Annual General Meeting.
