Congratulations to all the runners who took part in the Shobdon cross country race last night, It was a scenic course which hopefully kept runners minds off the heat! however it was great to see so many red vests turn out again. Please see the race results below;

NEXT UP; RACE 4 WESTHOPE, HEREFORDSHIRE. 8th AUGUST
The venue is sign-posted off the A4110 at Bushbank, approximately 7 miles north of Hereford. Please car share and park where advised.
The Course is:
- 1 Lap anti-clockwise of top orchard then
- 1 Lap anti-clockwise of bottom orchard then
- 1 Lap clockwise of top orchard.
Race distance is 5.2 miles.
The course is undulating, mainly grassed tracks, around perimeter of orchards. There is a minor road crossing dividing top and bottom orchards. First aid will be on stand-by and refreshments will be available following the race.
