It was a Super Sunday at St Michaels Hospice Run Hereford event this weekend for the Couriers who were out in force recording fantastic times in hot conditions as prizes were won & personal bests tumbled!
It was all smiles in the sun for Couriers Kerry Wathen, Jim Smith, Steve Herington & Russell James as they picked up the team prize for the 10k, Paul Jones ran a superb time of 03:12:50 in the Marathon coming in 3rd place, Barry Reynolds continues to impress with a fine 2nd place (1st V45) recording a time of 01:13:50 in the half Marathon as Russell James continues to regain his form finishing 1st V50 in the 10k (5th overall) in a time of 38:52.
